Yet, I cannot help but paraphrasing it:
Prompting (quasi-gambling) is the spending of tokens (money) on a stochastic model to produce something of value, where strategy substantially shifts the odds and verification, paired with iteration, converts luck into reliability.
Of course, that takes all the fun out of the original. Yeah, I am quite fun at parties. 😅
